- Return Conditions
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and with original packaging and tags.
Returned products must meet our quality standards and must not be visibly damaged, soiled, or used.
Please note: We do not accept returns on the following products:
Customized or personalized products.
Discounted or promotional products (see event details for specific terms).
- Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please first contact us through our Contact Us page or send an email to returns@jefferestarcosmetics.com.
Please provide your order number, product information, and reason for return, and the customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and send detailed return instructions.
Once you receive the return authorization, please return the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent back in good condition and by reliable delivery.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
If the order was eligible for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the original shipping costs.
- Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with an exchange service.
Exchanges must be eligible for return and must be made promptly after the return request.
In the case of an exchange, we will send you a new item free of charge.
- Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been opened or used.
Sale and discount items (unless otherwise specified).
Personalized or customized items.
